advertisement effectiveness.
You can
generate and archive both customer and prospect activity reports for precise analysis of the customer and prospect databases, and
generate automatic ticklers for missed actions and next actions to take on specific dates.
Use the Enter a Sales Lead as your main vehicle to enter sales lead activity. Use the Sales Lead System Control Settings to specify your basic parameters for maintaining sales leads. Use the Product Group Settings to track sales lead activity for selected product groups.
