Use this routine to create reason codes, which you use when moving a lead/contact to Lead History for any reason other than the invoicing of a sale. Codes entered here are acceptable entries in the Auto Archive Reason Code field of the Sales Lead System Control Settings (Contact Management ACF), which allows the automatic archiving of leads/contacts at EOD after a user-specified number of days of inactivity.

Lead Reason codes are also acceptable responses at the Reason prompt whenever a Lead/Contact is moved to history manually.
