• System Administration > System Settings > Customer System Settings > Sales Lead System Settings > Closing Probability Settings

 

Enter a code that indicates the closing probability of this item. For example, you can set up a code system of

• H - Hot

• W - Warm

• C - Cold

Enter a number between 0 and 100 that represents the position on lead/contacts reports and callback screens where you want this closing probability code to appear. Number one (1) appears at the top of the list, ninety-nine (99) at the bottom.

For example, you could enter

• 1 – Hot

• 2 – Warm

• 3 - Cold
