Use this routine to maintain (but not create) sales leads. For example, you can use this routine to
view a salesman's daily activities,
find historical leads, or
find leads for a store for certain products.
The main screen includes various selection criteria. You can enter multiple selections in the Merchandise of Interest field as well as the Brand field. After you enter all your preferences and click on the Run button, a select statement occurs and the results appear in the Sales Lead Listing screen. Permission to access this process is required via CRM - InTouch fields on the Security tab of Create a User.
If the current salesperson equals the salesperson specified at the Salesperson for Unassigned Contacts field in Sales Lead System Control Settings, the response at the Location prompt must equal the log-in store of the current user.
