This screen contains the inquiry results of the Manage Sales Leads routine. The list displays sales leads based on the selection criteria you specified in the Manage Sales Leads routine.
If a user other than the original salesperson updates a lead, those rows appear at the top of the grid. To edit a another salesperson's leads, you must have higher security access. Any user can add comments to a sales lead (via the Enter a Sales Lead routine).
The following information is displayed:
Name
Phone
Salesperson
First Contact Date
Last Contact Date
Next Contact Date
Action To Take - The Action To Take code from the Enter a Sales Lead screen.
If you select active leads and then double-click on a row, you access the Enter a Sales Lead screen. If you select inactive leads and then double-click on a row, you access the View Historical Sales Leads screen.
