This routine is a STORIS standard DTS (Dynamic Tab Select) A custom, user-defined inquiry routine comprised of one or more STORIS inquiry routines. Each inquiry routine in a DTS appears as a tab, allowing you to move between inquiries. inquiry. You can modify its contents (via the Dynamic Tab Settings routine), but you cannot delete it. Since DTSs are user-defined and changeable, the descriptions in this topic may not match the DTS you see on your screen. This topic describes the DTS as it appears when you first install STORIS.

After you specify a product to view, information on the product appears on the screen. Click on the other tabs to view additional information.

The output of this inquiry may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers and locations to which you have access.

A counter next to the Product field indicates a product list is currently active. The counter indicates which record in the list is currently being edited and the total number of records in the list.  Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between items on the list.

This routine maintains an Active Location List.

ProductEnter the code of the product you want to view. If you click on the Search button, you access the Search for a Product window from which you can choose a product or create a list of products to view.

• PO's - View Purchase Orders for a Specific Product

• History - View Monthly Sales Performance for a Product

• Transfers In - View Inbound Transfers

• Transfers Out - View Outbound Transfers

• Special - View Special Order Product Details

• Serial/Ref - View All Serial/Reference Numbers for a Product

• As-Is A status of inventory. Most inventory is considered "regular" inventory. As-is inventory includes everything other than regular inventory, including floor samples, damaged and clearance items, etc. - View As-Is Product Details

• Spiff/Commission - Price Level Spiff/Commission Inquiry

• Kardex Summary - View Detailed Activity for a Product

• Kardex As-Is - Kardex As-Is Screen

• Kardex Regular - Kardex Regular Inventory Screen

• Open Shopping Carts - Search for a Cart by a Specific Product
