Use this inquiry to view the status, quantity, location and other useful information about as-is products. Information is displayed by selected Product and Location.

The output of this report may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.

A counter next to the Product field indicates a product list is currently active. The counter indicates which record in the list is currently being edited and the total number of records in the list. Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between items on the list.

Enter the code of the as-is product you want to view. If you click on the Search button, you access the Search for a Product window, from which you can choose a product or create a list of products to view.

As-Is

Serial/Reference - Depending on Serial Tracking settings, a serial/reference number may display for each piece.
Received - The date on which each product was received into inventory at the selected location displays.
Status - The current status of each piece and whether the piece is assigned to a sales order or to an as-is kit displays.
Reason - For each piece listed, the reason the item was moved to As Is inventory displays.
Sell Price - The default selling price displays for each piece in the list. This price is either the price entered when the piece was moved to As-Is Inventory (As-Is Selling Price) or the Selling Price in the Product record.
Sellable - The contents of the Not Available for Sale field in the Reason Code Settings displays for the selected item. If the item's reason code matches the Floor Sample reason code in the Inventory Control Settings, "Floor Sample" displays in this column for the selected item.
Piece Comments - This column displays the comment entered when the item was moved to As-Is status.
WMS Tag ID - The WMS tag ID (if any) displays for the grid item.
Special Order Detail Information - For special order products, the detail information entered via the Special Order Information Window or via Special Order Entry is displayed in this column.
Cost - This column displays the exact cost of the piece. This column is hidden by default and can only be viewed if the View and access product cost information field is checked in Create a User/Group Actions - System Security. Once the user expands the column, it remains visible for that user until it is intentionally collapsed again.
