View Special Order Product Details

Use this inquiry to retrieve useful information about special-ordered products. This inquiry displays information by selected product and location.

The output of this inquiry may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers and locations to which you have access.

ProductEnter the code of the special order product you want to view. If you click on the Search button, you access the Search for a Product window from which you can choose a product or create a list of products to view.

 A counter next to the Product field indicates a product list is currently active. The counter indicates which record in the list is currently being edited and the total number of records in the list. Use the Previous and Next buttons to move between items on the list.

Vendor ModelThe vendor model number for the selected product displays from the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record.   

BrandThe brand name code for the selected product displays from the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record. The Description also displays from the Brand record.

Special Order

LocationEnter the code of the location at which the special-order product is stored. The default location from the log-in screen appears, if any. You can override the default response.

If you click on the Arrow, you can choose from the drop-down list of locations available to you. Note that here and at any other Location field , the locations you see (that is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.

On HandThe current inventory quantity for the selected product and location displays here.

Net AvailableThe total quantity on hand, less the number of items committed to sales orders, displays for the selected product and location.

Net Purchase OrderThe net purchase order amount appears for the selected product and location. The net purchase order amount is the number of units on purchase orders, minus the quantity on sales orders but not yet reserved to sales orders, minus layaways.

As-IsThe As Is quantity (for example, damaged or floor sample items) for the selected product and location displays here.

General Info

GroupThe Group Settings (Group) record to which the selected product is assigned displays from the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record.

CategoryThe product Category Settings (Category) record to which the selected product is assigned displays.

CollectionThe Collection Settings (Collection) record to which the selected product is assigned displays from the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record.

Warranty CategoryThe warranty category linked to this product from the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record displays, if applicable.

Special Order Information

FrameThe frame number of the selected product displays here.

Color/Grade, Fabric/Finish, Misc/Grade (CFO's)The Customer Formulated Options (CFO's) display here, such as Color/Grade, Fabric/Finish, and Misc/Grade.

Ordering StatusThe selected product's status (Active, Dropped, Discontinued, Purged) displays from the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record.

Selling PriceThe price at which your company sells this product displays from the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record.

Markdown PriceThe markdown price displays.  

Sale PriceThe sale price for this product displays from the Sale Selling Price field on the Pricing tab in the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record.

Suggested Retail PriceThe manufacturer's suggested retail selling price for this product displays from the Suggested Retail Selling Price field on the Pricing tab in the Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) record.

PO Replacement CostThe replacement cost for the selected product, determined during creation of the purchase order, displays here.  

Average CostThe weighted average cost for the selected product  displays here. See Advanced Product Settings (Product Full) for more information regarding this field.

Freight Unit CostFreight unit cost is the dollar amount charged by a vendor or freight company to ship one unit of this product to you.

Freight PercentThis the percentage used to calculate the estimated freight cost for the selected product.
