Use this screen to view customer legal settings for the selected customer. Shown on this screen are all legal settings assigned to the selected customer, along with the date that the code was added to the customer's legal settings. You cannot edit these settings using this screen. They are assigned via Advanced Customer Settings, Receivables page, Actions button, Legal Settings. Also shown, if applicable, is the alert code description and date applied. Alert codes are assigned via Maintain Customer Balances.
Customer Alert Code Description
If a check appears at the Automatic Display of Legal Settings field in the Accounts Receivable Control Settings, this screen appears as a pop-up in the routines listed below for customers for which one or more legal settings have been specified.
