Use this routine with the UP System to report detail and summary UP analysis information. Included on the report are the transaction date, store ID, salesperson, UP traffic, non-traffic UP, number of sales created, new sales total amount, and the user-defined UP Action Codes and Lead Activity Types. The output of this report is limited to the Personal Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export, or ASCII Export.

Select the salesperson you want to include in the report. If you click on the Search button, the Multiple Selection Lookup Window appears from which you can choose one or more. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Salesperson Selection Window appears which you can use to select multiple salespersons. If you leave the field blank, you select all salespersons.

Click on the Arrow button to view a list of date codes, then select the code that best indicates the time period on which to base your report.

If you select CUS at the Date Code field, you activate this field. Use this field to specify the start date of the custom date range for which you want to run this report. If you click on the Calendar Icon, you can select a date from the calendar that appears.

If you select another date code instead of CUS, this field fills in based on that selection and you cannot edit this field.

If you select CUS at the Date Code field, you activate this field. Use this field to specify the end date of the custom date range for which you want to run this report. If you click on the Calendar Icon, you can select a date from the calendar that appears.

Indicate the locations you want to include in this report. If you click on the Arrow button, you can choose a location from the list that appears. If you select Multiple Locations from the list, you access the Multiple Locations Selection Window, from which you can choose one or more locations. You can also access the Multiple Locations Selection window if you click on the Action button. If you leave this field blank, you select all locations that are available to you.

At this and any other Location field, the locations you see (that is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.

Indicate the type of report you want to run by checking the radio button next to one of the following options.

Daily Detail - detailed analysis report by store, by sales person, for each day in the period defined by the start and end dates.
Salesperson Summary - summary report aggregating all new transactions for each sales person, by store, for the period defined by the start and end dates.
