(Service Call Analysis Report)

Access

Use this report to analyze products that appear on multiple service lines. The "Number of Calls Considered Excessive" criteria limits the report to products that have as many or a greater number of service lines than indicated in this field. The Detail version of this report includes open and completed service orders. The Summary version includes summarized totals for open service orders.

The output of this report may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers and locations to which you have access.
