Legal Code Settings

Access

Use this routine to maintain the legal codes pre-built by STORIS and to create new codes. You can also specify the actions, if any, you want to occur when a legal status is selected for a customer in Advanced Customer Settings.

When one of the legal status settings is checked for a customer in Advanced Customer Settings, the system refers to these settings to determine the action or actions to take. If you do not check any of the action boxes (close account, etc.) for a particular status, that status is used for informational purposes only.

Description

For each legal status, you can indicate any or all of the following actions:

Allow Payments  

Inactivate Customer Account

Do Not Report

Do Not Solicit

Hold Statements

Activate

Allow Repossession
