Select Printable Language

• Any routine where you print sales or service documents, such as Print Delivery Tickets, print copy of order in Enter a Sales Order, etc.

This grid displays the active document languages. The first line of the grid displays the default language for the logged in user and the box next to that line is initially checked. You can check one or more boxes to indicate the languages in which you want to print your document. To select all languages listed, click the All button. To clear the check mark from all boxes, click the None button. Click Save when you have completed your selections. One copy of the document is printed in each language selected.

To cancel printing, you can clear the check marks from all boxes and click Save or click the Exit button.

If the Always Print in Default Language field is checked for this location, the sales order or completed order will be printed using the default language indicated.

If the Multiple Order Copies field on the Printed Documents tab of your Point of Sale Control Settings is checked, the Select Printable Language window continues to prompt for language selection after you have printed one copy in each language you selected. In this way, you can print multiple copies of your document in each language. Prompting continues until you remove the check(s) from the boxes and click the Save button, indicating you do not want any further copies printed.
