Enhanced Laser Processing Form Designation

If Multi-Lingual Processing is active in your STORIS account and you need to print sales/service documents for multiple languages at any of your locations, use this routine to associate your Enhanced Laser Print (ELP) forms with specific languages and locations. Use this screen only for locations at which a specific document type needs to be printed in another language, in addition to the location's default language.

You specify a location, a language, and a document type. Next you designate the enhanced laser form to be used for that location, language, and document type. The entries in this grid create a table that is used when printing documents via Enhanced Laser Printing. When printing your sales/service document, if the system finds an entry in this table for the document type/location, the designated form from the table is used rather than the default form for that location. If the system does not find an entry in the table for a particular document type/location, the form designated as the default via Design Enhanced Laser Forms is used.    

LocationClick the arrow button and select a location to add a form designation for that location. To edit an existing setting, double-click the line from the grid.

LanguageClick the arrow button to select a language from a list of active languages.

Document TypeClick the arrow button and select from the list of available document types to specify the type of document for which you are designating an ELP form to print.

ELP FormClick the arrow button and select from a list of available enhanced laser print forms. The form you enter here is used when printing the associated document type for the selected location and language.
