Report Open Non-Allocated Order Detail

This report displays line item details for non-allocated orders (that is, orders not currently reserved) including layaways and quotes. The report includes

The report breaks down the selling price of the merchandise and the deposit by sales order and model number. Totals calculate for the selling price of all merchandise on each sales order. Selling price and deposit totals display for each store location. Selection is by starting and ending date and by individual location or all locations. Sort is by location code and then by sales order number. Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.

The output of this report may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers and locations to which you have access.

Select an order type. You have the following options:

layaway orders
sales quotes
both

If you set up sales districts for your company and regional processing is active, you can limit the report to specific districts. Click the arrow button to select one specific district, or click the action button and use the Multiple District Selection Window to select multiple (or all) districts. To access this field,

Regional Processing must be active (via the Regional Processing field in the General System Control Settings),
you must not be restricted to any store or list of locations, via the Location Restrictions tab in the Create a User (Staff) file, and
the location prompt on this screen must be blank.

If reporting by District, leave this field blank (No Locations Selected). Otherwise, at least one location must be specified. Enter the locations you want to include in this report. If you know the code of the location, enter it directly. If you click on the Arrow, you can choose a location from the list that appears. If you select Multiple Locations from the list, you access the Multiple Locations Selection Window, from which you can choose one or more locations. You can also access the Multiple Locations Selection window if you click on the Action button. If you click on the Search button in the Multiple Locations Selection Window, you access the Multiple Selection Lookup Window. Use this window to select all locations (that is, all locations available to you) by clicking on Select All.

At this and any other Location field, the locations you see (that is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions.
