Print Bar Code Physical Inventory Count Sheets
(Phys Inventory Count Sheet)
Access
This program provides a “blind” version in which
the counts are not included, or a version that includes serial numbers
or stock quantities that can be used for confirmation of piece counts/serial
numbers. The report provides an Inventory Count Sheet that includes storage
location, product number, descriptions, and serial numbers or stock quantities.
Optionally, this program can also produce a "blank" sheet that
prints only the warehouse location and storage location (based on the
page break selection), to be used to enter the product, description, serial
number, quantity, counter's initials, and date and time. Once the report
criteria have been selected, click Run
to produce the report.
Important! If
Bar Code is active at a location, STORIS does not recommend building and
using only one storage location to track all inventory at that store/warehouse.
In addition, no more than 1000 pieces should exist in one storage location.
Running reports and uploading scanner data can be drastically affected
by the number of items in a single storage location.
