Purchase Order Reports FAQs

Use one of the following methods to find purchase orders created in Sales Order Entry:

Use the Report Special Order Purchase Orders routine.
Use the Report Purchase Order Delivery Information routine and enter 7 (or greater) at the Number of Comment Lines prompt. You can review the comments for indications that specific purchase orders were created via order entry.
In Enter a Sales Order: Access the specific line item in the order, click the Actions button, and select Additional Line Item Details. On the Additional Line Item Details screen, click the Sales Order tab to view purchase order information.

Report Current Costs of Received Purchase Orders provides the following selection options: warehouse receipts, container receipts, open container batches.
