Use this field to enter up to 15 characters of alpha / numeric text for memo purposes. This field is also updated when you enter information in the Designer's P/O Number field of the Trade Designer Information window.

The amount entered in this field prints as the COD amount on the delivery ticket. If left blank, the balance of the order prints as the COD amount on the delivery ticket.

Use this field to enter a Builder's Allowance, if any, for the current order. This field is active only if accessing via Enter a Sales Order; however, this field is not active for multiple ship-to master documents.

You can edit this amount at any time prior to invoicing. The only restriction is that the builder's allowance cannot exceed the total invoice less any payments or deposits already applied.

You can specify a builder's allowance only if you have permission via the Edit the builder allowance amount within POS entry in Create a User/Group Actions - Sales Security.

Use this optional field to specify the truck to be used for this delivery.

Enter the code of the delivery company you want to use for this order. Click the Search button to access the Ship Via window from which to make a selection.

Use this field to specify an alternate ship-to address. Click the Arrow to select from a list of available ship-to locations from the Ship-To Settings. If this field is inactive, no additional ship-to address exists in the Ship-To Settings for this customer.

Use this optional field to specify the zone to which this order is being delivered.

The scheduled time of delivery appears, if any. The system checks:

1. Logistical Scheduling (Time field in Transaction Update - Logistical Scheduling window) for a scheduled time of delivery.  

2. If a scheduled time does not appear there, the system then checks the Delivery Stop Time field of the Individual Zip Codes screen.

3. If a scheduled time does not appear there, this field is blank.

This read-only field displays the number of times, if any, the delivery for this order has been postponed since the last time (if ever) the order had stock released via the Automatic Stock Release feature.

This read-only field displays the number of times the delivery date has been postponed in the history of this order.

The terms code, if any, displays here from the Customer Settings. You can edit this field.

The default tax IT number, if any, displays here from the Customer Settings. You can edit this field.

The default response from the Commission Category Code field in Advanced Customer Settings displays here. You can edit this field.

Enter the percentage of the deposit monies to be held back when sales orders are partially shipped.

The default response, if any, from the Classification field on the Advanced page of Advanced Customer Settings displays here. You can edit this field.

The price, if any, from the Price Category Code field on the Point of Sale page of Advanced Customer Settings displays here. To edit this field, you must have access via the Change customer price category within POS entry setting in Create a User/Group Actions - Sales Security.

This is a read-only field that displays the maximum amount of financing approved for this customer.
