Use this routine to print or reprint the following ticket types:
delivery
return
pickup
transfer
If you access the Radio Frequency (RF) version of this routine, then when printing a single ticket for an RF bar code location with Picking active, the system adds the products to the Picking File so bar code users can pick them that day.
Once your items are in picking status, you cannot change the delivery/pickup status, route/truck code, and delivery/pickup date fields on the order. To make changes:
Use the Remove Items From Picking (Radio Frequency) routine to remove the picking status;
access the order to make your changes to the delivery/pickup status, route/truck code, and delivery/pickup date.
When an order or transfer is submitted to RF for picking, a comment is logged "Order ~ has been submitted to picking." If mapping is active at the ship location of the order or transfer and no truck is assigned to the order, the order will not be sent to picking. In this case, the following comment is logged, "Order ~ not submitted to picking. Mapping active and truck has not been assigned." Delivery orders and transfers are not sent to picking if mapping is active for the shipping location and a truck is not assigned to the order or transfer.
If using the Auth/Capture
feature and you cannot print a delivery ticket because you cannot create
a capture for the credit card, an error message appears.
You cannot print tickets for orders with
- an open balance exceeding the amount in the Maximum
Balance field in the Point
of Sale Control Settings and
- the Over Maximum Balance field set to Disallow
Ticket Print in the Point of Sale Control Settings.
The output of this routine may be affected by Regional
