Report Salesperson's Closing Performance
Access
Use this report to compare sales activity with
sales goals for selected salespersons.
For each salesperson you select, this report displays the following:
Sales
Leads
Orders
Written
Closing
Ratio
Total
Value
Average
Order
Goal
Budget
Goal
Compare
Use the fields on the screen to restrict the output
of the report. That is, if you leave all the fields blank and click on
Run, the report generates information on all sales leads for all salespersons.
Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run
to produce the report.
The output of this report may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers
and locations to which you have access.
This report includes Up
System data (if any) in its calculations. The Closing Ratio column
uses Orders Completed divided by the higher of the line's Quality UP or
Sales Leads.
District ManagerEnter
the codes of the district managers (if any) whose assigned locations you
want to restrict this report to. If you click on the Search button, you
access the District Manager Read-Only screen, from which you can make
a selection. If you click on the Actions button, you access the Multiple
District Manager Selection window, from which you can select one or more
district managers. To select all district managers, leave the field blank.
LocationEnter the codes of the locations
(if any) whose sales data you want to restrict this report to. If you
click on the arrow, a list of available locations appears from which you
can make a selection. If you click on the Actions button, you access the
Multiple
Location Selection Window, from which you can select one or more locations.
To select all locations, leave the field blank.
SalespersonEnter the codes of the salespersons
(if any) to which you want to restrict this report to. If you click on
the Search button, you access the Salesperson Read-Only screen, from which
you can make a selection. If you click on the Actions button, you access
the Multiple
Salesperson Selection Window, from which you can select one or more
salespersons. To select all salespersons, leave the field blank.
Date CodeClick on the Arrow button
to view a list of date
codes, then select the code that best indicates the time period on
which to base your report.
Start DateIf you
select CUS at the Date Code field, you activate this field. Use
this field to specify the start date of the custom date range for which
you want to run this report. If you click on the Calendar
Icon, you can select a date from the calendar that appears.
If you select another date
code instead of CUS, this field fills in based on that selection and
you cannot edit this field.
End DateIf you
select CUS at the Date Code field, you activate this field. Use
this field to specify the end date of the custom date range for which
you want to run this report. If you click on the Calendar
Icon, you can select a date from the calendar that appears.

Send Output
toThe output destination of
the report displays. To change the output destination, click on
the Actions button and select Output
Settings.
Export PathIf you
select either the Personal
Report Viewer (PRV), Excel Export,
or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder
location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit
the export path using this process.
