Kardex Summary Screen
This is a DTS
screen you access via a DTS inquiry such as the
View
Detailed Activity for a Product inquiry. After you
specify a product on the main screen of the DTS inquiry, any additional
tabs become available. To access this screen via the DTS inquiry, click
on the Summary tab.
This screen is also available as a dynamic
escape.
LocationEnter the code of the location
for which you want to view Kardex information for the selected product.
The default location from the log-in
screen appears, if any. You can override the default response.
If you click on the Arrow button, you can choose from the drop-down list
of locations available to you. Note
that here and at any other Location field , the locations you see (that
is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions.
Month
To Date
ReceivedThis field displays the number
of pieces received into Regular Inventory during the current month.
Transferred InThis field displays the number
of pieces transferred into Regular and As-Is
inventory during the current month.
Transferred OutThis field displays the number
of pieces transferred out of Regular and As-Is inventory during the current
month.
AdjustmentsThis field displays the number
of pieces adjusted in Regular inventory during the current month.
AddedThis field displays the number of pieces added
to As-Is inventory during the current month.
RemovedThis field displays the number
of pieces removed from As-Is inventory during the current month.
SalesThis field displays the number of Regular and
As Is inventory pieces sold during the current month.
Begin Month QuantityThis is the quantity of this
product that existed in regular saleable inventory at the selected location
at the beginning of the current month.
Begin Month As-IsThis is the quantity of this
product that existed in As Is inventory at the selected location at the
beginning of the current month.
Current Quantities
On HandThe saleable quantity currently
in inventory for the selected product and location will display.
As-IsThe quantity currently in As Is inventory for
the selected product and location will display.
On Purchase OrderThe quantity currently on
order (purchase order) for the selected product and location will display.
