Use this report to create a list of AP bills on hold.
Date CodeClick on the Arrow button to view a list of date codes, then select the code that best indicates the time period on which to base your report.
Start Invoice DateIf you select CUS at the Date Code field, you activate this field. Use this field to specify the start date of the custom date range for which you want to run this report. If you click on the Calendar Icon, you can select a date from the calendar that appears.
If you select another date code instead of CUS, this field fills in based on that selection and you cannot edit this field.
End Invoice DateIf you select CUS at the Date Code field, you activate this field. Use this field to specify the end date of the custom date range for which you want to run this report. If you click on the Calendar Icon, you can select a date from the calendar that appears.

Invoice NumberSpecify an invoice number or leave blank for all invoices.
VendorSpecify a code for one or more vendors. To enter a single vendor, you can click on the Search button and select a vendor from the Vendor Cross Reference list. To select one or more vendors, click on the Action button An outlet to additional routines and functions. Identified by a blue button with a white ellipsis, Action buttons appear next to fields. and select vendors from the Multiple Vendor Selection window. To select all vendors, leave this field blank.
Specify the primary sort criteria for this report. If you click on the arrow, a list of sort options appears. Choose from the following:
D for Date
V for Vendor
T for Type
This prompt is optional. Use it to specify the secondary sort criteria for this report. If you click on the arrow, the following list of sort options appears (excluding the option selected at the Primary Sort field):

Select the bill types you want to include in the report. The All Bill Types checkbox works as a toggle to select or de-select all types.

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays. To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.
Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer ( PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.
Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
