Report Files Created via Entry Processes

Access

Use this report to display a list of files created "on-the-fly Performed simultaneously, in the midst of another routine. For example, creating a new product during sales entry rather than leaving the sales process to create the product in product settings.". The system retains this data for 60 days after creation before purging via the next End of Month process that occurs after the 60 days expires.  Note that this report runs automatically during the End-of-Day process if a check appears at the On-The-Fly Maintenance field in the General System Control Settings.  

Date CodeTo run this report for a date range up to today, select TDAY. To run this report for a date range up to a specified date, select CUS at this prompt, then enter the cutoff date at the End prompt.

End DateIf you selected TDAY at the Date prompt, this field is inactive. If you selected CUS, use this field to specify the date up to which the report displays data.

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer ( PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.

Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
