Schedule Merchandise Receipt Calls

Access

Use this routine to create a queue of iCall jobs to notify customers their back-ordered items are ready for delivery or pickup.  

 Use the When to Create Backorder Calls field in the iCall Voice Processing Control Settings to specify how much on a back order must be received before the program generates calls.
