(Pending Deposits Authorization)

Access

Use this routine to

• view pending eSTORIS A set of applications that allows you to bring your STORIS system onto the World Wide Web to create a "virtual store". credit card deposits awaiting authorization, and/or

• authorize selected deposits.

To access this process, eSTORIS must be active on your system. If the Pre-Authorization feature is active, you can use this routine to pre-authorize eSTORIS credit card deposits and/or capture/complete eSTORIS orders.

Use the Main screen of this routine to view existing pending deposits.  Use the Details Screen to:

• pre-authorize a selected pending deposit, or

• initiate a "capture" for a pre-authorized item by checking the Complete box.

Main Screen

All pending deposits appear in the grid at the bottom of the screen.  To authorize a pending deposit or to see more information on a specific grid item, double-click on the item. The Details Screen appears.
