Use this inquiry to view service order detail for specific service order documents. The information shown in this inquiry is identical to the original order entry screens. However, orders may not be modified using this process.
The output of this inquiry may be affected by Regional
Processing restrictions. That is, you can inquire only about customers
and locations to which you have access.
If the Automated & Manual POS Numbers field on the Miscellaneous page
in Warehouse/Store
Location Settings is blank and you enter a completed or voided order
number at the Service Order Number prompt in the Enter
a Service Order process, you have the option of viewing the order
in read-only mode. Once you indicate the order number, a message appears
stating that the order exists and asks if you want to view it in inquiry
mode. You can answer Yes to view the read-only version of the order or
you can answer No to reenter the number.
Once the order number has been selected, the document information displays
in the same format as the original service order entry screens. Click
