Use this routine to create district manager records and then assign stores to district managers for the purpose of restricting access to sales leads created for the selected stores. The district managers you create here appear when you click on the Search button at the District Manager field on the Security tab of the User file . That is, you can use the User file to assign district-manager-level access to sales leads, with the user's access being restricted to the stores associated with the selected district manager setting.
You use this file with the InTouch Customer Relations Management (CRM) module. It is independent of STORIS' District settings in the Regional Processing feature.
You can assign a location to only one district manager.
