VendorUse this optional routine to create and maintain settings that you can use to group frames or fabrics by suite. The entry of a suite code is optional in product, fabric, and option settings. When you group frames or fabrics by suite, the frame and fabric/option suites are combined into a matrix that is used to determine when to override the base grade and use the override grades of "same as stock" or "limited".
During order entry, the Special Order Configurator checks for a grade override following entry of the Primary Option. If a grade override is found for the vendor, frame suite, and fabric/option suite combination, the override grade becomes the base grade for the primary option entered and the override grade is displayed on the screen. If no vendor, frame suite, and fabric/option suite combination is found, the current base grade and grade price is used.
To delete a suite, click the Delete button at the bottom of the screen. You can only delete a suite if it does not exist in the Product Configuration, Fabric Configuration, Option Configuration and Grade Override matrix.
