Serial/Reference Number

Enter a Quick Sale > Product field when an As-Is or Special Order product is entered

Use this routine to specify a piece reference number for as-is, special-order, or serial-tracked merchandise (when Serial Tracking is active). You must enter a valid STORIS piece reference number to continue the transaction. This screen is not active for standard inventory.

Enter the piece's special order serial number or reference number in this field.

Click the Search button to locate a piece's serial/inquiry/component number from the following inquiry screens:

As-Is Inventory Inquiry - Opens the View As-Is Product Details window.
Kit Inventory/Availability Inquiry - Opens the View Kit Product Details window.
Serial Number Selection/Inquiry - Opens the View All Serial/Reference Numbers for a Product window.
Special Order Inventory Inquiry - Opens the View Special Order Product Details window.
