This report shows the Quantity and Status of specific product Numbers in one or all Storage Locations at selected Warehouse Locations. You can select up to six warehouses can be selected individually, or you can selected all locations.
The report provides selections by product, Group, Category, Vendor, Collection, Warehouse and Storage Location. You can print Special-Order Detail and Serial-Tracked Detail. You can sort by Vendor, Category, Group and Collection.
Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
The output of this report may be affected by
Regional
Processing restrictions.
ProductThis field is used to indicate
the product or products to be included in this report. One, multiple,
or All products may be selected. To report on a single product select
a specific product code at this field. To report on All Products, leave
this field blank. To report on multiple products, use the Multiple
Product Selection screen (available from Actions)
to select the products for this report.
GroupThis field is used to indicate
the product group or groups to be included in this report. One, multiple,
or All groups may be selected. To report on a single group select a specific
group code at this field. To report on All Groups, leave this field blank.
To report on multiple groups, use the Multiple
Product Group Selection screen (available from Actions)
to select the groups for this report.
CategoryThis field
is used to indicate the category or categories to be included in this
report. One, multiple, or All categories may be selected. To report on
a single category select a specific category code at this field. To report
on All Categories, leave this
field blank. To report on multiple categories, use the Multiple
Product Category Selection screen (available from Actions)
to select the categories for this report.
VendorThis field
is used to indicate the vendor or vendors to be included in this report.
One, multiple, or All vendors may be selected. To report on a single vendor
select a specific Vendor code at this field. To report on All
Vendors, leave this field blank. To report on multiple vendors,
use the Multiple Vendor Selection
screen (available from Actions)
to select the vendors for this report.
This field is used to indicate the brand or brands to be included in this report. One, multiple, or all brands may be selected. To report on a single brand enter a specific Brand Name at this field. To report on All Brands, leave this field blank. To report on multiple vendors, click the Action button to access the Multiple Brand Selection Window to select the brands for this report.
CollectionThis field
is used to indicate the product collection or collections to be included
in this report. One, multiple, or All collections may be selected. To
report on a single product collection, select a specific collection number
at this field. To report on All Collections, leave this field blank. To
report on multiple collections, use the Multiple
Collection Selection screen (available from Actions)
to select the collections for this report.
Special Order DetailSelect
this option to include detail (Special
Order Information entered in Product file maintenance or during Purchase
Order entry) for special order products on the report.
Serial Tracked DetailThis option
will only be available if Serial Number Tracking is active. Select this
option to include serial number tracking detail on this report.
Inventory TypeSelect
the type of inventory to be reported. Select All
Inventory for both retail and service parts products; select Retail Inventory to report on retail
products only; select Parts Inventory
to report on service parts products only.
Primary SortSelect
Vendor (V),
Category (C),
Collection (L),
or Group (G)
to indicate the item by which the report data is to be sorted in the Primary
(first) sort.
Secondary SortSelect
Vendor (V),
Category (C),
Collection (L),
or Group (G)
to indicate the item by which the report data is to be sorted in the Secondary
(second) sort. If no secondary sort is desired, choose None
Selected.
Tertiary SortSelect
Vendor (V),
Category (C),
Collection (L),
or Group (G)
to indicate the item by which the report data is to be sorted in the Tertiary
(third) sort. If no tertiary sort is desired, choose None
Selected.
Enter the regions to which you want to restrict this report's output. To access this field,
Regional Processing must be active (via the Regional Processing field in the General System Control Settings),
you must not be restricted to any store or list of locations, via the Location Restrictions tab When a routine is too large to fit on one screen, it is separated into one or more tabs, so called because they resemble the tabs on filing folders. in the Create a User (Staff) file, and
the location prompt on this screen must be blank.
WarehouseEnter the locations you want
to include in this report. If you know the code of the location, enter
it directly. If you click on the Arrow, you can choose a location from
the list that appears. If you select Multiple Locations from the list,
you access the Multiple
Locations Selection Window, from which you can choose one or more
locations. You can also access the Multiple Locations Selection window
if you click on the Action button An outlet to additional routines and functions. Identified by a blue button with a white ellipsis, Action buttons appear next to fields.. If
you click on the Search button in the Multiple Locations Selection Window,
you access the Multiple Selection Lookup Window. Use this window to select
all locations (that is, all locations available to you) by clicking on
Select All.
At this and any other Location field, the locations
you see (that is, the list of locations available to you) may be affected
by Regional
Processing restrictions.
Storage LocationThis field
is used to indicate the storage location or locations to be included in
this report. One, multiple, or All storage locations may be selected.
To report on a single storage location, select a specific storage location
code at this field. To report on All storage locations, leave this field
blank. To report on multiple storage locations, use the Multiple
Storage Location Selection screen (available from Actions)
to select the storage locations for this report.
Send Output
toThe output destination of
the report displays. To change the output destination, click on
the Actions button and select Output
Settings.
Export PathIf you
select either the Personal
Report Viewer ( PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export,
or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder
location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit
the export path using this process.
