Use the options listed on the Actions menu on the Items for Replenishment Screen to
create a purchase order
rebuild the product list
print the report
An option is also available that gives you direct access to the Advanced Product Settings.
Use this option after the order quantities are correct, and you want to create a purchase order.
Select this option to create a purchase order with items that have a quantity-to-order greater than zero.
The system prompts: Do you want to save the changes you made? Yes No Cancel.
If you answer Yes, a purchase order is created. The system displays the number assigned to the purchase order - Purchase Order assigned number NNNNNNN. OK.
If the vendor is set to automatically place these purchase orders on hold (via the Automatically Hold Purchase Orders field in the Advanced Vendor Settings), the system activates the purchase order On Hold flag.
If set up to fax purchase orders to vendors, the Purchase Order Faxing Entry Screen displays.
Use this option to reset order quantities for the current session
Use this option to print a hard copy showing the detailed calculations for each item selected.
Use this option to access the Advanced Product Settings. For example, if a product on your replenishment list has been discontinued, you can enter a check at the Discontinued field on the Settings tab to remove the product from future replenishment lists.
To access the Product File via this Actions option, you must be granted security clearance via the Create a User (Staff File) routine . You can override this restriction at the Actions button if you have proper security clearance.
