Action Codes
Access
Use this screen to create, edit, or remove action codes for use in the STORIS Up System. Note that to edit Up System action codes, you must have clearance via the Up System Administrator field on the Security tab in the User file.
Each action code represents a type of action taken within the Up system, for example "assisting a customer" or "gone to lunch".
Action Description Enter a description of the action code.
Action Type
Retain Up Order
Sale MadeTo indicate that this action type involves an order completion, check the box at this field. Otherwise, leave the field blank. This field is available only if you select Available at the Action Type field.
Traffic TypeDesignate this action as either traffic or non-traffic. This field is active only if you specify Assigned With Customer at the Action Type field.
The Sales Performance Report includes a column that breaks out action types by Traffic versus Non-traffic, calculating them independently. Note that the ‘sold’ and ‘close ratio’ calculations exclude non-traffic activities.
Add ActionTo add the action to the grid, click on this button.
Update ActionTo update the selected action with any changes made, click on this button.
Remove ActionTo remove the action currently selected in the grid, click on this button. Note that you cannot remove action codes for which activity has occurred.
RefreshTo manually refresh the screen, click on this button. Note that the screen refreshes automatically every 2 minutes.
