Print Options Window

This screen appears at sales document print time if the Email Sales Documents feature is active on your system (via the STORIS Server Can Send Emails field in the Notifications Control Settings). This screen provides the option to print and/or email the document.  

The availability of the following fields depends on whether the features are active on your system and the selections you make on this screen. Information from the order (if available) appears for the customer.

Print, E-mail

RecipientThe customer name displays from the order and cannot be changed on this screen.

E-Mail AddressThe customer email address field (one email address per document).

The following applies if the "Customer Entry - Warn if Primary Email exists for other Customers" setting is checked in the Customer tab of Point of Sale Control Settings: If an email address is added or changed, the new email address is checked to determine if it has been assigned to any other customer account as a primary email address. If the email address already exists, a warning message appears that can be dismissed.

Buttons

• Save - prints the document if the ‘Print’ check box is checked and emails the document if the email check box is checked and both fields are populated.

• Clear - returns the fields of the form to their original state.

• Exit - exits without printing or emailing the document.
