Miscellaneous Fees

• Adjust Dollars on a Completed Order > Customer page > Actions button

• (Read-Only version) Enter a Sales Order > Customer page > Actions button

• (Read-Only version) Enter an Exchange > Customer page > Actions button

• (Read-Only version) Enter a Return > Customer page > Actions button

• (Read-Only version) Enter a Service Order > Customer page > Actions button

Enter the code of the fee/charge you want to create or edit. To edit, double-click on an item in the grid. Click the Search button to choose from a list of available fees from the Fee Charge window.

The rate of the selected fee displays.

Enter the amount you want to associate with the selected fee.

Information about the fee(s) appear in this grid.

• Fee/Charge - from the Fee Code field of Miscellaneous Fee Settings

• Description - from the Description field of Miscellaneous Fee Settings

• Rate - from the Rate field on this screen

• Amount - from the Amount field on this screen

• Taxable - from the Taxable checkbox of Miscellaneous Fee Settings

• Line Type - the fulfillment method of the order
