View and Manage Open Orders

Access

Use this routine to view and manage open sales orders and transfers. Using the same prompts and varying the selections, you can access four different views from this process. They are: Sales Management, Delivery Management, Wholesale Order Management, and Transfer Management. Service orders are excluded from all filters on this screen.

If the Sales Security Access setting on the Advanced page of Point of Sale Control Settings is enabled (checked), user settings defined in the View All Sales Information setting in Create a User/Group Actions - Sales Security determine whether you can view your own sales data, only sales data for your login store, or access all sales data.

Once you have selected filters using the fields above, you use the following buttons to access open order/transfer information.  

To access the Sales Management View screen where you can view a summary of open orders, with the option to view/edit selected orders, click this button.

To access the Delivery Management View screen where you can view delivery/pickup information for open orders, with the option to view/edit selected orders, click this button.

To access the Shipping Management View screen where you can view shipping information for open orders, with the option to view/edit selected orders, click this button.

To access the Transfer Management View screen where you can view a summary of open transfers, with the option to view/edit selected transfers, click this button.
