Search button at the Bill field in Enter/Update Individual Vendor Invoice
This inquiry displays summary payable information related to a selected vendor. Use the entry fields to filter A pattern through which data is passed. Only data that matches the pattern is allowed to pass through the filter. your output. Click on the Filter button to search for AP bills based on your selected search criteria. Note that the Filter button is not active until you specify a filter value.
VendorEnter the code of the vendor whose payable activity you want to view. If you click on the Search button, the Vendor Name Search appears. Note that if you select the RFND vendor, this routine functions slightly differently (see Grid Detail below).
CompanyEnter the company to which you want to restrict this inquiry. This field is active only if multi-company possessing is active. If multi-company possessing is active, you can click on the Arrow to display a list of companies from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Company Selection Window appears from which you can choose one or more companies. If multi-company possessing is not active, the default company appears and the field inactivates. If you leave the field blank, you select all companies.
Bill TypeEnter the bill type to which you want to restrict this inquiry. If you click on the Arrow, a list of bill types appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Bill Type Selection Window appears from which you can choose one or more bill types. If you leave the field blank, you select all bill types.
Remit ToEnter the code of the vendor remit-to to which you want to restrict this inquiry. If you click on the Arrow, a list of vendor remit-to's appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Remit-To Selection Window appears from which you can choose one or more vendor remit-to's. If you leave the field blank, you select all vendor remit-to's.
Enter the vendor invoice number whose AP bills you want to view.
If you enter the RFND vendor at the Vendor field, this field changes to Customer and remains active, allowing you to filter the grid results by customer.
Purchase OrderEnter the number of the purchase order to which you want to restrict this inquiry. If you click on the Search button, the View Purchase Orders for a Specific Vendor routine appears from which you can choose. If you click on the Action button, the Multiple Purchase Order Selection Window appears from which you can choose one or more purchase orders. If you leave the field blank, you select all purchase orders.
Starting DateEnter the starting date in the range of dates for which you want to view vendor bills. A date of 30 days previous defaults, but you can override this date.
Ending DateEnter the ending date in the range of dates for which you want to view vendor bills.
FilterClick on this button to display in the grid the AP bills found based on your selected search criteria. Note that this button is not active until you specify a filter value.
The grid populates with closed AP bills. If you double-click on a grid item, the View AP Bills routine appears for the selected item. Note that when paid with multiple checks, AP bills list multiple times.
If you enter the RFND vendor at the Vendor field, the grid display changes. The PO Number column changes to Customer, and the Invoice column changes to Reference. In addition, the Invoice field above changes to Customer and remains active, allowing you to filter the grid results by customer.
