• Accounting > Receivables > Receivables Views and Reports > Receivables Views > View a Customer's Current Deposits

Enter the customer code of the customer for whom you want to view deposit information. If you click on the Search button, you access the Search for a Customer (Customer Code Lookup) screen, from which you can select a customer code. After you select a customer, the customer's name, home phone number, and work phone number appear on the screen.

The customers you can access at this and other Customer fields may be restricted by Regional Processing.

Once you indicate the Customer Code, the grid lists open orders for that customer. Displayed in the grid for each open order are the:

• Order Number

• Order Type (Exchange, Order, Service, etc.)

• Order Date

• Order Amount

• Deposit Type (payment type - CASH, VISA, CHK, etc.)

• Deposit Amount

To view additional deposit detail for an order, double-click a line in the grid. The Deposit Detail Inquiry screen displays.
