Kardex Direct-Ship Screen

This is a DTS screen you access via a DTS inquiry such as the View Detailed Activity for a Product inquiry. After you specify a product on the main screen of the DTS inquiry, any additional tabs become available. To access this screen via the DTS inquiry, click on the Direct-Ship tab.

After you select a location and a date range, the program displays transactions that occurred at this location for the selected product during the selected date range. For more information on a grid item, double-click on it to access the Inventory Kardex Detail View screen.

The first row in the grid displays the ending balance information. All other rows contain transaction information. For each transaction in the grid, the following displays:

Date - the date the product was received or changed, for example moved to as-is status or transferred.
Quantity - the adjusted quantity. The quantity is positive for additions, negative for deductions, or 0 if transferred within the store or warehouse.
Reference - the transaction performed, for example inventory adjustment, transfer, purchase, return, etc.
Memo - the inventory destination, or for transfers, the transfer-from location.
Comments - the user comments from the transaction, or if no comments exist for the transaction, a system-generated comment (for example, the transfer-to location for transfers).
Serial/Reference - the piece inventory record.
Operator - the log-on user at the time of the adjustment.
