User IDEnter the user ID of a user with security clearance to access the current routine, screen, or field.This screen appears when security restrictions have been applied to the routine, screen, or field you are attempting to access or when a reason code is required. If an override is required, a user with security access (granted via the User or User Group files) must enter their STORIS user code and password in the fields provided. The system notes the user who authorizes each security override. The system allows you three attempts to provide your security information. If unsuccessful, the system returns you to the previous screen.
Your security settings and price variance settings determine which of the following fields appear on this screen. If you do not have access permission and a reason code is required, this screen prompts for User ID, Password, and Reason Code. If you do have access permission but a reason code is not required, you are prompted only for the User ID and Password. If you have access permission and a reason code is required, you are prompted only for the Reason Code.
