Use this routine to enter ECL (Environment Control Language) - A U2 prompt indicated by a colon ( : ). System administrators use this prompt to perform functions outside of STORIS menus. command line mode. You should not enter ECL command line mode unless directed by a STORIS representative.

To access this menu option, you must have clearance via the Access ECL command line mode field in the Extended Security settings.  For users with access, the system then prompts for the log-on user's password.  

You can also restrict access to this routine by removing it from the user menus.
