Warranty Replacement Screen

Use this screen to replace a factory warranty that is linked to multiple products without the need to access each product's settings individually. When you use this process, you select a factory warranty to be replaced with the factory warranty you are editing in Warranty Settings. The system changes the product/warranty association to the new warranty for all products that were linked to the previous warranty.

Enter the code of the factory warranty to be replaced with the one you are currently accessing in Warranty Settings. You can click the Search button to select a code from the read-only window.

Once you have indicated the warranty to be replaced, click the Save button. The settings for products linked to the warranty being replaced are updated to show the new linkage. The Factory Warranty Code located on the Miscellaneous tab of Advanced Product Settings is updated with the code of the new warranty you selected to replace the previous warranty.
