Use this screen to display a list of completed orders based on a cross-reference of brand name and serial number. You can reassign the history for a particular order to a new customer, provided the order was originally completed as a multi-ship-to sub-document.

If you access this screen via the Actions button in the Customer Settings or the Action button at the Original Order field in the Enter a Service Order routine, you can use this screen to move customer purchase histories in the event that the customer associated with a service order is not the same as the customer who purchased the item being serviced.

Enter the name of the brand in the field or click the Search button to choose a brand from the Brand Name window.

Use this field to enter the serial number. You can wildcard serial numbers through the use of the left ( [ ) and right ( ] ) square bracket characters. For example, to search for all serial numbers beginning with ‘1234’, enter 1234] This entry returns all serial numbers beginning with ‘1234’.

Click the Select button to initiate the search. Results populate in the grid below.

The search results appear in the grid, displaying the information listed below. Invoices sort in the grid in descending order by invoice date, with the newest invoices appearing at the top of the list. To select or remove columns from the grid, right-click inside the header cell and put a check mark next to the columns you want displayed or remove the check mark from items you do not want displayed in the grid.

Double-click to select the line from the grid where you can either view the selected invoice number or review that invoice in the invoice inquiry process; this depends on from where this screen was accessed.
