Use this inquiry screen to select parts related to products specified in the Merchandise tab and Non-Merchandise tab in Enter a Service Order. Parts are validated against product information in Advanced Product Settings. If a part is related to more than one product listed in the Merchandise and Non-Merchandise tabs, the part appears only once; part listings are not duplicated.
Within the grid, select the part(s) to add to the service order by checking the respective box. Click Save to return to Enter a Service Order with your selected part(s).
Click Clear to undo any changes.
Click Exit to close this process and return to Enter a Service Order as though no parts had been selected.
The Delete button is always disabled.
