Report Summarized Frozen Quantities

Access

Use this report with the Report Detail Frozen Quantities (Frozen On-Hand Detail Report) to confirm that the freeze process was accurate. The system compares the totals from this report with data from the Report Detail Frozen Quantities routine .  This report can be used as an audit tool to record the original frozen on-hand by warehouse.

Warehouse LocationEnter the code for the location on which you want to report. If you click on the Arrow, you can choose from the drop-down list of locations available to you. If you select Multiple Locations from the list, you access the Multiple Locations Selection Window, from which you can choose one or more locations. You can also access the Multiple Locations Selection window if you click on the Action button An outlet to additional routines and functions. Identified by a blue button with a white ellipsis, Action buttons appear next to fields.. If you click on the Search button in the Multiple Locations Selection Window, you access the Multiple Selection Lookup Window. Use this window to select all locations (that is, all locations available to you) by clicking on Select All.

 

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer ( PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.

Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
