Report Inventory Designated As-Is

Access

Use this routine to print the information displayed in the grid on the Designate Inventory for As-Is Processing screen. You select the Designated As-Is List to report on, as well as whether to report all inventory lines or only exception lines.

Only saved changes to the list are included on the report. If you select the option to run the report from the Actions button on the Designate Inventory for As-Is Processing screen, and you have changes pending (not saved), the system asks if you want to save or discard the changes prior to running the report.

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer ( PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.
