Report Bar Code Physical Inventory Adjustments

Use this report for both Batch and RF barcode. This report is mandatory if creating a cycle count using the Barcode process. The report should be run after the inventory has been updated in order to view all adjustments made to the cycle count.

Important! If Bar Code is active at a location, STORIS does not recommend building and using only one storage location to track all inventory at that store/warehouse. In addition, no more than 1000 pieces should exist in one storage location. Running reports and uploading scanner data can be drastically affected by the number of items in a single storage location.

The run-time options for this report are:

Sort BySelect Batch to display the cycle count based on the list of locations for a given batch. The sort order will be batch number, location, and then product. Select Product to sort the report based on product and then location.

ProductYou may select to report on a specific product, provided that the physical inventory number and the batch have not been deleted.

LocationEnter (or select from the drop-down list) the warehouse number where the count was completed.

Send Output toThe output destination of the report displays.  To change the output destination, click on the Actions button and select Output Settings.

Export PathIf you select either the Personal Report Viewer ( PRV (Personal Report Viewer) A STORIS printer output option that allows you to customize report results, for example to rearrange data columns.), Excel Export, or ASCII Export, this field displays the pre-set computer drive and folder location to which the system exports the report data. You cannot edit the export path using this process.

Once the run-time options have been selected, choose Run to produce the report.
