Schedule Delivery Lines

Use this screen to reschedule one, multiple or all delivery lines for either a specific date or remove from the schedule.

This action cannot be accessed while an order line is being maintained in the grid's companion area on the Merchandise tab in Enter a Sales Order.

This grid is populated with the columns from the grid on the Merchandise tab of Enter a Sales Order:

Multiple Dates - This column indicates if the line has multiple delivery dates or not. If DELIVERY DATES - Allow multiple on order line setting is inactive in Point of Sale Control Settings this column is hidden and is removed from the column chooser.

After you select lines in the grid, you can click this button to put the selected lines into an unscheduled status by reducing the scheduled quantity to zero for all delivery dates.

When you click this button, if one or more of the selected lines have multiple delivery dates, a window appears allowing you to decide if you want to cancel or continue with removal.

After updates are made the screen is refreshed and the grid reflects the current data.

Click the Arrow button to select the delivery date that you want to reschedule.

This field populates with the existing delivery date, enter the new delivery date or click the Calendar Icon to select the date from the calendar.

After you enter the New Delivery Date, click this button to apply the new date to the lines selected in the grid. If any of the selected lines have multiple delivery dates a window appears allowing you to decide if you want to cancel or continue with applying a new scheduled delivery date.
