Print Existing Storage Location Labels

Use this routine to print storage location labels for existing storage locations. This process does not allow the creation of new storage locations or the maintenance of existing ones. To do so, use Tracked Warehouse Location Verification Settings.

This routine may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you may not have access to all locations.

To print storage location labels, click the Arrow button and select a location from the drop-down list of warehouse locations. These locations are either locator tracked or invisible-locator tracked. This field is mandatory.

Choose how the labels are to be printed:

Zebra Printer - If selected, the Form Name field is inactive.
Forms Designer - This is the default option. If selected, the Form Name field is active.

Select the form on which to print the storage location labels. This field is active when Forms Designer is checked at the Print Method field. The forms listed here are listed in the Form Type: Storage Location column in Design Enhanced Laser Forms.

Enter or choose the existing storage location for which you are printing labels. If you are printing labels for a location-tracked warehouse location, the Search button at this field accesses the View Products in a Specific Storage Location screen. If you are printing labels for an invisible location-tracked warehouse location, the Search button accesses the Product Group window.

These fields are inactive.

For information on the columns in the grid, click on the associated prompt documentation above. To enter, edit, or delete a row in the grid, double-click on the row. The line number for the selected row appears in the Line Number field.

Click the Actions button to select an option from the menu:

- Build Storage Locations - This option is only available from Tracked Warehouse Location Verification Settings.
- Print Barcode Labels - Select this option to print labels for the selected storage locations. For location-tracked stores or warehouses, you can print labels for a selected storage location. For invisible-location stores or warehouses, you can print labels for a selected product group.
- Select Storage Locations
- Mass Picking Zone Assignment - This option is only available from Tracked Warehouse Location Verification Settings.
