Use this routine with the RF Bar Code module as an inquiry and update process. In inquiry mode, you can use this routine to monitor the movement of inventory when performing bin to bin transfers or picking. In update mode, you can use this routine to update bin to bin transfer items only. Transfer pieces can be returned back to the location they were moved from, reassigned to a different bar code user for completion of the transfer, or moved manually to the new location.

This routine may be affected by Regional Processing restrictions. That is, you may not have access to all customers and locations.

The information in the grid can be used to verify the pieces being moved. To adjust a line item, double-click the line in the grid. The RF Inventory In-Transit Detail screen displays.

Staff - This column displays the ID of the user who moved the piece initially.
Function - This column displays the Function being performed for this inventory transaction. The column displays either XFER for Transfer, PICK for Picking, or PWAY for Directed Putaway.
Model Number - The model number of the item in transit will display.
From Location - This is the storage location this piece came from.
Float ID - If the piece is linked to a float, the ID of the float displays here.
Label ID - The label number that was scanned will display. Note: The first digit, “9” for saleable or “7” for As-Is, and the last digit, which is a check digit, have been dropped from the number displayed in the Label ID column.

Date - This is the date that the piece was placed in an "in-transit" status. The Date field may be used to monitor the activities of the users.
Time - This is the actual time that the piece was placed in an "in-transit" status. The Time field may be used to monitor the activities of the users.
