In Bar Code Batch Maintenance, select a purchase order & click Add or click the Edit button in the grid to access Bar Code Purchase Order Line Entry

The batch number, purchase order number, vendor code, and receipt date display from the previous screen.
Click this button to print labels for all items with a scheduled receiving quantity in the grid. When you click the button, all boxes in the Print ALL Labels column are checked and the Print Label Quantity column is updated to the value of the Scheduled Receiving Quantity column.
Note: Barcode labels are printed in the order in which they are listed on the purchase order.
Click this button if you are not printing any labels for the items in the grid. If you click this button, all boxes in the Print ALL Labels column of the grid are unchecked and the Print Label Quantity column is cleared to zero.
The grid displays the following information for the products on the purchase order. You can edit the Scheduled Receiving Quantity, Print Label Quantity, and Print ALL Labels columns within the grid.
Product ID - The product code for each item on the purchase order is displayed.
Product Description - The product description displays.
Received Quantity - The actual quantity scanned and received displays in this column.
Ordered Quantity - The default quantity from the purchase order displays.
Scheduled Receiving Quantity - The quantity scheduled to be received for that day displays. Initially, the scheduled quantity defaults to the ordered quantity from the purchase order. Enter the amount that is actually being received. Depending on your user settings, a scheduled quantity greater than the ordered quantity can be entered.
Print Label Quantity - This column displays the number of labels to be printed for each line in the grid. If you check the box in the Print ALL Labels column, the value in this column defaults to the Scheduled Receiving Quantity. You can edit this column and change the quantity.
Print ALL Labels - Check the box in this column to print labels for the scheduled receiving quantity. If you uncheck the box and edit the quantity, you can print labels for a specified quantity.
Print Label Quantity & Print ALL Labels - Use these columns to indicate if you want to print labels for the items listed and the quantity to print. The following rules apply to these columns.
If you check the box in the Print ALL Labels column, the Print Label Quantity is set to the value in the Scheduled Receiving Quantity.
If the label quantity equals the scheduled quantity, and you uncheck the box in the Print ALL Labels column, the Print Label Quantity is cleared to zero.
If you change the label quantity to the value of the scheduled column, the Print ALL Labels box is automatically checked.
If you change the label quantity to less than the scheduled quantity, the Print ALL Labels box is cleared (unchecked).
You cannot enter a print label quantity that is greater than the scheduled receiving quantity.
UPC Universal Product Code - a type of bar code. - This column indicates whether or not this product has the UPC Enabled field checked in Advanced Product Settings.
Once all adjustments to the products have been completed, click the Save button to update your entries and return to the previous screen.
